1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, customs processing).

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected international locations. Specific shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Vita Asana is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders cannot be split between multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.

6. Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at contact@vitaasana.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
