- Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed in original packaging, in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- We may request photo evidence of the product and packaging before approving a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been unsealed, opened, or used in any way.
- Health, hygiene, wellness, skincare, oral care, and personal care products once opened or used.
- Perishable goods, custom-made, or personalized products.
- Clearance or sale items.
Return Process
1. Contact us at contact@vitaasana.com or through the Contact Us form.
2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
3. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and prepaid carrier label.
4. Package the item securely. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
5. Processing begins once the carrier scans the return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product remains unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
