Refunds at Vita Asana are processed fairly, transparently, and in line with our Return Policy. Please read the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Products must meet all return requirements: unused, unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
- Refunds will not be issued for items that are used, unsealed, missing packaging, or not in resalable condition.
- Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the transfer.
Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds or deny refunds if items are returned:
- Missing original parts or accessories.
- Damaged due to improper use or poor packaging.
- Not in original condition.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Vita Asana.
Refund Exceptions
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- All health, hygiene, personal care, and oral care products are non-refundable if unsealed or used, even once.
- Refund requests made after the eligible return window will not be accepted.
Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Vita Asana will provide:
- Proof of delivery from the carrier.
- Refund and transaction records.
- A copy of these Return & Refund Policies.
